Certification Success: IATF 16949 Audit Passed by Wudang Qianyuan EV Charger Manufacturing Factory.

We are proud to announce that EV Charger Manufacturing Factory of Hubei Wudang Laboratory Technology Research and Development Co., LTD. has successfully passed the IATF 16949:2016 certification audit for the design and production of EV charging piles, conducted by TÜV SÜD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch.

The on-site audit was completed between June 23–26, 2025, and all non-conformities were formally closed and verified on July 28, 2025, marking a key milestone in our commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in the automotive sector.

What is IATF 16949:2016?

IATF 16949:2016 is the internationally recognized standard for automotive quality management systems (QMS). Developed by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) in collaboration with ISO, it builds upon ISO 9001:2015 and introduces additional, sector-specific requirements tailored to the automotive supply chain.

This standard is designed to:

● Ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction

● Promote defect prevention and risk-based thinking

● Reduce variation and waste across manufacturing processes

● Strengthen traceability, corporate responsibility, and supplier collaboration

It integrates core automotive tools such as:

● APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)

● FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

● SPC (Statistical Process Control)

● MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis)

● PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

By achieving this certification, companies demonstrate their ability to meet the stringent quality expectations of global OEMs, and position themselves as reliable partners in the automotive ecosystem.
