Hubei Wanrun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., established in December 2010, is one of the earliest enterprises in China engaged in the production and research of new energy battery cathode materials. The company mainly produces cathode materials and their precursors for lithium-ion power batteries and energy storage batteries, with products including lithium iron phosphate and iron phosphate. Our partners include well-known domestic and international companies such as CATL and BYD.
Hubei Wudang Qianyuan New Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hubei Wanrun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd, forming an important part of Wanrun’s diversified and comprehensive development, bringing new vitality and momentum to the company’s growth. Currently, Wudang Qianyuan focuses on two key areas: EV charging products and energy storage integration products.
In the EV charging sector, we have developed the capability to research, produce, and sell products such as fully liquid-cooled supercharging stations, split-type DC charging stations, integrated DC charging stations, and AC charging stations. We have built a 10,000-square-meter intelligent charging station production base, equipped with two semi-automatic DC charging station assembly lines, one semi-automatic AC charging station production line, one semi-automatic high-power charging station testing line, and one semi-automatic spray testing line. The production lines can mass-produce products like 7kW AC charging stations, 20-40kW low-power DC charging stations, 60-240kW integrated DC charging stations, 360-960kW split-type air-cooled DC charging stations, and 360-800kW fully liquid-cooled supercharging stations. The annual production capacity is 10,000 DC charging stations and 100,000 AC charging stations.
In the energy storage sector, our integrated energy storage facility leverages power electronics technology and advanced thermal management as core competencies, establishing a comprehensive smart energy storage solution system that covers diverse applications such as commercial and industrial energy storage, grid-side frequency regulation, and mobile emergency power supply. The facility is equipped with two fully automated high-speed production lines, a 600-square-meter indoor integration workshop, and a 1,500-square-meter outdoor large-scale energy storage container assembly site. By capitalizing on Wanrun New Energy’s vertically integrated industrial chain advantages, we have developed a complete technical loop, spanning cell selection (lithium iron phosphate/sodium-ion), structural design (lightweight sheet metal technology), system integration, and cloud-based enegy management. To date, we have provided zero-carbon energy storage solutions for multiple enterprises, including new energy power stations, industrial parks, and 5G base stations, achieving a system availability rate of 99.4%.
