31 Jul,2025
We are pleased to share the successful completion of our All-Liquid-Cooled PV+ Energy Storage+ EV Charging Integrated Project, finalized on December 30, 2023, in Shiyan, Hubei Province. This pioneering energy solution brings together solar generation, advanced battery storage, and ultra-fast EV charging—seamlessly integrated through intelligent microgrid management.
Project Summary
● Completion Date: December 30, 2023
● Location: Shiyan, Hubei Province
● PV System: 78.975 kWp of high-efficiency TOPCon solar modules
● Storage: Two liquid-cooled 232kWh LFP battery cabinets with integrated BMS and PCS
● Charging Infrastructure: A combination of 800kW liquid-cooled ultra-fast chargers, 480kW wind-cooled systems, and 320kW integrated units supporting a total of 24 EV parking spaces
● Control Platform: Smart microgrid for energy dispatch, diagnostics, and performance optimization
Highlights from the Implementation
● Integration with existing 10kV grid infrastructure using custom cable routing and modular transformer equipment
● Use of IP54/C4-grade outdoor-rated systems to ensure long-term reliability in varying environmental conditions
● Comprehensive fire safety and thermal risk mitigation throughout equipment and operations
Why This Matters
● Intelligent energy arbitrage helps balance grid loads and reduce operational costs
● Liquid-cooling enhances system stability, extending asset life and charging safety
● Efficient land use and steel-frame PV carport designs balance functionality and aesthetics
● The microgrid platform allows both on-grid and islanded modes, enabling flexible energy scenarios
