FAQ

Is the maintenance cost of the energy storage system high?

No. The battery system requires minimal maintenance—only annual checks of circuits and interfaces are recommended. Routine maintenance is low-cost and user-friendly.

Can the energy storage system work with solar PV and the power grid?

Yes. Our system supports PV-priority charging and grid-complementary operation modes, enabling flexible energy management.

Can energy storage batteries catch fire or explode? What safety measures are in place?

We use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, which offer better thermal stability compared to ternary lithium batteries. The systems are equipped with over-temperature, overcharge, and short-circuit protection, as well as pressure relief valves and real-time temperature monitoring to minimize safety risks.

How can I request after-sales support if my energy storage products isn’t working?

You can contact our customer support team via email or our dedicated support hotline. We also offer online troubleshooting guides and remote diagnostics for quick issue resolution.

What type of thermal management do you use?

Depending on the system size and operating environment, we offer air-cooled or liquid-cooled thermal management solutions.

What type of batteries do you use?

We primarily use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, which offer excellent safety, long cycle life, and superior thermal stability.
